I can't believe that it's been 5 years since you left us... I finally found the courage to distribute your ashes...in 4 containers, buried in a pot containing an olive tree (dedicated to Grandad..you now have 2 grandchildren...Will and Lucy) and the remainder was floated down the River Wallington this sunny morning. Even after all this time, there is still that void where you should be.I have learn't to survive but it would be so much more if you where still here. I love you Little Man. xx
Another year ,my love...you are a granddad now of a beautiful boy called William David. You would be so proud of your girls and the way they have come through Covid, but the last 18 months have made me realise just how much I love you and miss you being with me.
104 Thursdays and counting, I somiss you , but so thankful that I had you in my life for 45 years ,my love. Just one of those lipsalve pecks..
In memory of all your happy days potering on Jemma and Jemma 11, and to celebrate your 66th birthday. We love and miss you very much. Your girls

Sadly missed by all who knew David.
David, a dear friend, forever precious in my memory.
Thinking of my dear Uncle David. I have lots memories over the years of you perplexing people who'd get you confused with dad and vice-versa! I will miss you very much.
Smooth seas and following winds, my old mate - and don't forget to clean your golf clubs along the way. You are deeply missed.
Thinking of you all. With love, Holly, Alastair & Theo xxx

In David's memory for all those who go to sea; keep safe.
You will be sorely missed Uncle David.... I'll never forget the time you and Dad swapped jumpers one Christmas time to try to confuse us about which twin was who! .... As full of mischief as an adult as you two were as children no doubt! Rest in peace xx
Thank you for looking after my garden so well for so many years, David.
David was always such a gentleman. He helped us so much in so many ways, always willing to help and share his knowledge. We were honoured to have him sail with us recently and still have his bottle of boat red to enjoy in his honour. We will both miss his friendship and the laughs hugely. Rest in peace David.
A thoroughly nice guy and a true gentleman.
Such a lovely man with a wonderful sense of community spirit, Wallington Fete will never be the same without him there!!
David will be much missed as a member of the SOIA, he was a past commodore and member of the national committee, organised the Solent cruise for a number of years and was always involved in the running of the organisation. He will be much missed as a sailing friend organiser and supplying quantities of boat red. RIP David
Rest in Peace David, a true gentleman. I was painting Zeus today and remembered the day you were kind enough to help me put her back on her berth.
Rest in Peace David, a true Gent never forgotten.
To support the chosen charity and remember my uncle whom I shall miss dearly.
Rest in Peace David With love DEE X⚓️X
